Using the store

These terms apply to your use of the LP online store and to orders placed through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Products and availability

Plants are living specimens and may naturally vary. Product pages describe the plant or batch offered and indicate where photographs are representative rather than of the exact individual plant. Please read the product description, growth stage, size and quantity before ordering. Stock is limited and an item is not reserved until checkout is completed.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors or update listings before an order is accepted. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

Shipping and plant care

Orders are dispatched from New South Wales. Shipping options, destinations and charges are shown at checkout. You are responsible for checking destination biosecurity requirements before ordering live plants. Please unpack deliveries promptly and follow the care guidance supplied with the product.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
