Dispatch and delivery

LP dispatches orders from New South Wales, Australia. We offer Australia-wide delivery to destinations available at checkout. The shipping rate is a flat A$15 for Express Post.

We prepare live plants for dispatch with care. Processing and dispatch timing may vary with order volume, public holidays, weather and safe shipping conditions. Any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate only; carrier transit times and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and someone can receive the parcel promptly. Monitor tracking and bring the parcel indoors as soon as it is delivered. If delivery is delayed, tracking appears incorrect, or the parcel is damaged, contact us promptly at luxplantsmelb@gmail.com and include your order number.

State and territory biosecurity

Plant entry requirements can vary by species and destination and may change. Before ordering, please check that each plant may lawfully be sent to your state or territory. We will not dispatch an order where doing so would breach applicable biosecurity requirements. If an order cannot be lawfully fulfilled, we will contact you about available options, including a refund for the affected item.

Our A$15 rate covers the shipping service shown at checkout. It does not represent a guarantee of a particular delivery date.
